Deanna has truly been the most amazing coach I could ask for. She is attentive, supportive, and incredibly understanding. I came to her with a bit of a complex background, former bodybuilder, in eating disorder recovery, and managing an autoimmune disorder, celiac. From day one, she took the time to really understand my history and my goals, and she approached everything with so much care and intention. She is knowledgeable about my situation and was able to curate a plan that feels sustainable, balanced, and realistic for my lifestyle.

Deanna is a one of a kind trainer. This is my second go at using a trainer. My first experience definitely left me questioning this route but working with Deanna has given me a new perspective. She is understanding, accommodating but most important she is available. She offers a true one on one experience and guides everything to you. I haven’t seen results like this in a long time and I’ve been working out for almost 10 years. I initially went in only anticipating completing 3 months and now I’m 7-8 months in and wouldn’t ask for anyone different. I am so appreciative of the work she puts in to helping me achieve my goals.

Sports shaped my childhood, and weight training became my outlet in college. My time in private private equity exposed me to long hours, high expectations, and demanding schedules that rarely slowed down. I learned firsthand that consistency doesn’t come from having more time, it comes from building structure. That lesson became the foundation of my coaching philosophy. Today, I help women build strength, structure, and confidence, no matter how demanding life becomes.
