I’ve been active for as long as I can remember — growing up playing soccer and lacrosse for over 14 years. But it wasn’t until I left for college that I truly fell in love with weight training. What started as a way to stay in shape quickly became my passion, and I knew I wanted to take it a step further. I became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE CPT), started training clients in person, and even taught HIIT bootcamp classes.
Helping others gain confidence, build strength, and actually enjoy movement lit a fire in me that I couldn’t ignore. At the same time, I was building a career in accounting and private equity — spending over six years in the corporate world. Between long hours, a demanding schedule, and tight deadlines, I learned firsthand what it takes to prioritize the gym, build healthy habits, and create balance when life gets hectic.
In June 2025, I took a leap of faith and left my corporate job to follow my passion. Looking back, it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Now, I get to empower women every day to find that same confidence and strength through fitness – and build a lifestyle they’re proud of that truly lasts. Because your fitness should fit into your life — not take it over.
