Sports shaped my childhood, and weight training became my outlet in college. My time in private private equity exposed me to long hours, high expectations, and demanding schedules that rarely slowed down. I learned firsthand that consistency doesn’t come from having more time, it comes from building structure. That lesson became the foundation of my coaching philosophy. Today, I help women build strength, structure, and confidence, no matter how demanding life becomes.
